Michelle Tripodi is an amazing person AND realtor.
We were selling our California home from out of state, so she was essentially our local contractor too. We did nearly everything remotely via phone and instant message. It’s obvious that Michelle’s passion is helping people buy and sell homes, but that passion also includes (if desired by the seller) making the property more attractive.
Michelle provided a detailed assessment (pictures/text descriptions) and recommendations to get our home ready to sell in a more challenging market. She has excellent contacts for painters, electricians, plumbers and handymen AND she knows how to keep costs under control. Within 4 weeks, we had a full make-over/update planned and completed.
